"Eric Patton owner of Mr. Magic hands is a jack-of-all-trades. We hired Eric To help us get our home ready for sale. We ended up getting top dollar for our home in a large part due to the work Eric and his crew did at our home. This was a long term project and Eric was with us every step of the way If he didn't know how to do something we needed done he figure it out and taught himself how to do it and did a great job every time His rates were more than fair and competitive. Would we use Eric Patton and Mr. Magic Hands again? In a heart beat!"
