The work itself was first rate and they managed to start and finish reasonably quickly given the scope. "The installers came to put in the flooring I picked, unfortunately they discovered bowing to the floor & told me that while it could be installed, it would fail. They refused to install it and give me a less than perfect floor. The salesman, Mike, came over right after they left( the installers called him) and I was able to pick out a different flooring that very day. The original installers came back within the week & I am the proud owner of a gorgeous kitchen floor."
