"I called on Friday and Pierre came out on Saturday. He was very knowledgeable about replacing my wall heater that was very old. He also negotiated a discount on the full price which was great. He was very polite and scheduled the full service for Monday morning. Pierre replaced the furnace on Monday. I wasn't there, my brother was, but the heater works great and with a new thermostat on the wall. The company was great and so are their employees. I will definitely use them for my yearly maintenance of my new furnace and would recommend this company. Thank you so much for the fast response, professional work, and taking the old furnace away."

"I had replaced the faucets for the sinks, shower and tub. Kevin arrived promptly, explained in detail what needed to be done, and was very professional. The job to replace the tub faucets took much longer than anticipated, but he didn't leave until he got the job done, which was close to 8:00 PM. There was no hard sale, nor did he try to push a warranty on me, like another plumber did. He had to return a couple of days later to check on a faucet that was acting up, but he easily took care of it. He also replaced a drain stopper in another bathroom without charging me. I would definitely use this plumbing company for any plumbing problem, large or small. The cost was reasonable also, in comparison to another plumbing company's."

"We recently bought a house in Sacramento. During the last rainy season we discovered that we had a drainage problem: pools of water formed next to the foundation and water was running underneath the house via the crawl space depression. Over the years, the grade on the north side of the house had developed a slope toward the house (probably due to adding soil for gardening) and the old flexible corrugated downspout drain pipes had clogged or collapsed and didn't run to the curb. Hays Engineering fixed all that. The company owner, Josh Hays, kept us informed about the project schedule and was on site. They contacted utilities to mark underground lines. They regraded the north side of the yard and installed a drainage system consisting of seven collection points using smooth 4 inch drainage pipe (that can be cleaned out if necessary). The Hays Engineering crew used a laser level to ensure that the slope of each drainage pipe was correct. The terminal ends of the drainage pipes were fitted with pop-up drainage emitters. In-ground irrigation pipes were rerouted where necessary. Digging the trenches for the system was done very carefully and they hand dug when approaching an underground line. Mr. Hays and his team were friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. Not only did Hays Engineering do an outstanding job, the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Hays Engineering and would use them again without hesitation."

He was on time and completed the job with no surprises. My house is 57yrs old and pipes for washing machine were small and outdated - and also hadn't been used in years - he had to replace sections of the pipes and clear the lines and remove a very old utility sink.
