"Nick was great to deal with from start to finish. He and Kevin provided quality work install a drainage system from my sump pump and gutter. I was very impressed with how friendly they were in taking time to to answer all of my questions. Not to mention the cost of my project was $700 less than other estimates that I received for companies that wanted to install corrugated pipe while NPM installed 35SDR PVC piping. When I asked the other companies about their cost to install 35SDF PVC piping it was $1400 more. So glad I found NPM and will be using them for many more projects in the future."

Recommended by Jordan, who has remained a constant and reliable resource of information and suggestions to me, as I took on the job of getting my parents home up to date for selling. Dan was very polite and professional! I was immediately at ease after greeting him the first day he came to the house. Once he put his music on and I heard the Eagles playing, I knew he was the man for the job. (My dad is a big Eagles fan!) Dan was informative as to exactly what he needed to do and explained to me the process. Being the holidays, and the City being closed, not being able to come out for inspection, the job took a couple days longer. Master Bathroom involved installing a new shower, toilet, sink, vanity, lights and vent fan! The guest bathroom involved installing a jacuzzi tub, sink, vanity, toilet, lights and vent fan. Plus new flooring in both bathrooms! This company is the real deal! I highly recommend them for any home project. Their warranty is beyond compare!"

"Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"
