He came to my house often to inspect the work and told the painters what I wanted and what he wanted from them. He advised me on the color of the trim which I chose to use. I am happy with the colors. My house looks new! Alex was courteour to me as were his painters. The crew arrived on time evey day, worked diligently, and cleaned up every day. After I paid Alex for the work and at my request, he sent one of the painters to my house to do some touch ups."

"My husband and I hired Aldo to paint our daughter and son in laws newly purchased 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Newhall, Ca. This was a house warming gift for the kids as they are new home owners. We live in Arizona. Aldo was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Aldo and his crew started on time, did a fantastic job on the walls, ceilings, floor boards, doors, trim and the brick fireplace front. They textured the awful looking ceilings and even took some popcorn ceilings off in the closets and textured them as well. My daughter and son in law decided to have them paint the kitchen cabinets for an additional cost. Aldo even removed all the painted over kitchen cabinet hardware. He cleaned it up and reinstalled it all onto the newly painted cabinets. The kitchen cabinets and hardware look brand new. Every surface in the house looks great! Definitely would hire them again!"

"Ron and his team were great to work with, courteous, professional, and efficient. John was our painter and he clearly has excellent attention to detail - a true craftsman. "I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. I highly recommend Palm Construction for your renovation work, whether it is a large or small job. During the 6 weeks of this job, I got to know the principal, Guy Yaakov, and his team. I was recommended to All Brands by my next-door neighbor and I am thrilled to report that both of our houses turned out beautifully. The owner Albin and his entire crew were professional, courteous, and most of all very skilled painters. They really should call what they do â house transformationâ and not just painting! I couldnâ t believe just how much effort they put into â preppingâ the house for paint. They spent many days scraping, priming, washing, sanding and priming again and so on, just to make sure that the paint surface was the best in the best condition possible. I was so relieved to see that they really took pride in their work and didnâ t just scrape, wash and paint like I have seen less quality painting companies do. Albin and his team were also super accommodating and I really appreciated that given that I like things â just rightâ if you know what I mean. I ended up changing my mind a couple of times before they actually purchased the paint(which by the way in my case was top quality Benjamin Moore paint and not some â off brandâ ) and each time they were happy to paint swatches onto my house of all 3 colors in different lights just to make sure I would be completely satisfied with how the colors looked. The best part other than the finished paint job was this thing Albin does with a roll of blue painters tape. Once our home was entirely painted, he hands me this roll of blue tape and tells me to â go around the entire house and put a piece of blue tape on anything and everything that I thought needed more attention, or was somehow missed, or not done to my exact standards.â Then he comes and goes over every piece of blue tape to make sure he knows how to direct his crew to make it exactly right for me! That part meant my house was exactly as I wanted without having to get into some kind of awkward discussion-big relief. I still canâ t believe how much work he and his crew does for such a totally fair price. I am thrilled with my home, and my next-door neighbors had All Brands paint there home as well and had just as great of an experience as I did. If you are looking and reading through all of the reviews both the good and the bad, then let me tell you that out of the three estimates we got, All Brands Painting turned out to be the best of the bunch on quality, professionalism and especially price. "What a great experience to use Citywide. John give a reasonable bid. He wasn't too high and he was not the lowest but he explained clearly what he would do. We needed all of the trim, windows, doors, gutters painted around our house and had many areas that had dry rot. John's team showed up on time, did extra work where it was needed and finished the job early. In 4 days for a 2 story home with a detached garage. Their work was exceptional and the house looks brand new. I highly recommend this contractor for his pricing, quality of work, and timeliness to complete the job."

"Alex introduced us to the CoolWall by Tex Cote system that we didn't know about. We decided to go ahead and have our exterior of house completed. Alex, Roger, Tito, and George were very professional in making sure every detail of the job was completed in a highly proficient manner. Tito patched the crack in our wall and we cannot even tell where the existing crack was located. We are very pleased with the results.
