He arrived on time and gave me a short lesson on air quality issues in homes and did a detailed inspection of my whole house. After the inspection we decided to do some testing. Ben reviewed the test results with me. Found some minor issues and he made some recommendations on how to resolve them. Ben was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. "Had a leak building up under my bathroom counter. I had a suspicion there might be mold! Called Tier 1 because it was recommended by my neighbor since they have had the same issue! Tier one came and tested for mold and found some. They took out the bad drywall, cleaned out the mold and fixed it up like new!! They were so quick and the quality is amazing! Definitely recommend!!!!!"
