"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"

"When I first wrote the below review in the Spring of 2017, I had not yet actually hired Extreme Plumbing. Here is what I wrote about them then: A gentleman did come out to give me an estimate on a major plumbing issue I'm having and to consult with me on upgrading the rest of my duplex. Let me just say, that of ALL the contractors, repair people, etc. that I have consulted with, few have delivered on their promise--no, the expectation--to get back to me with an estimate IN WRITING. Within a couple of days, I received a professional estimate via email. It's a small thing, but it speaks volumes to me about how this company handles business. They take it seriously. I've had folks come out and they're telling me all the work that needs doing and I'm the one taking all the notes! Then I never hear from them again! That's not a consultation. Extreme plumbing was different. He was professional and friendly. He spent time walking through with me and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. When I told him the water bill was high and we noticed a small drip in the tub in the vacant unit, he shut if off. Small things, I know, but he didn't make me feel like I was putting him out by asking for a bid. I even tried to offer him my credit card to take a small fee for his time and he would not accept it. He was happy to do what it took to try to get my business. Ultimately, I will use Extreme Plumbing once I've vacated the house later this spring. To Extreme Plumbing: Please keep treating your business and your customers in this manner and with this amount of follow-up, honesty and integrity. When word gets around, as I'm sure it will, you will dominate the Philadelphia plumbing game. Fast forward to November 2017 and my first opportunity to use Extreme Plumbing's services. Tenant was complaining of not having any heat. Wayne, the owner, was immediately responsive. He went out to the house and serviced the boiler and charged an extremely reasonable price which I thought was well worth the convenience of saving me the headache of going out to the house. He's honest, he's good, he's licensed, he's professional and he's a great guy. From now going forward I will also be calling him for referrals of other reputable contractors for non-plumbing and heating related odd jobs too!"

"Great company. I had my AC fixed. Their staff, from April who handles admin, to Wayne who diagnosed our machine and found the leak for the cost of the initial visit whereas other companies wanting to charge us a $1000 to do that. To Thomas, who did a professional job, making sure I was informed of the process, answering any questions I had, and taking care of any concerns. He was professional and very personable. I can't say how much they cost compared to other contractors but right off the bat they saved me $1000 which puts them far ahead of the crowd in my book. Even if it was a bit of a premium, its a premium I am happy to pay for good craftsmanship and piece of mind."

"After signing up with Servicepro, I was on the phone with Horizon within 10 minutes. This was about 9:30 PM. They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. Anyway I scheduled a 10 am appointment for Friday November 28, 2008 and they were very prompt. The techinitian expalined the issue and my heat was up and running within the hour.
