"My garage floor was in such bad shape. I live very near the salty water of Tarpon Springs, and it had slowly infiltrated into the cement and was leaching out lime powder (I joke that it looked like lines of coke for the Jolly Green Giant to snort) and H20 -- which was ugly, and led to tracking that stuff into our house. Being an engineer myself, I tried the DIY approach and spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours of labor testing one side of the garage. It was a total fail. I was unable to prevent the hydrostatic intrusion with available products. I knew I had to do either acid etching or diamond grinding. Well, I sure didn't want acid in my garage door equipment. When the crew finished (oh btw, 3 dudes who spent 2 - 9 hour days on site BUSTING dey asses!) I literally almost wept under the spell of the transformation. Just gorgeous! Two thumbs up!"
