"Mark Tarris spoke with me at 0800 regarding a broken spring issue. We agreed on a price to have the springs replaced at 1500 today. Upon his arrival. a thorough inspection was done. Several things were worn out on my main garage door. Mark wrote up what needed doing. He replaced both springs, replaced the rollers as all were beyond their useful life and replaced the mount on the door for the garage door arm to attach. He then proceeded to align the roller tracks as several were not aligned correctly and were causing a undue wear on the garage door motor and door mechanism. Mark was a consummate professional and performed all this work in a hour and a half. He cleaned up any mess that was made and reminded me of their warranty for parts and labor.
