I sent some pictures and got back a firm price before they even came out to the house. They measured, and then returned to replace the springs the next day. They would have done the whole thing in a day, but it wasn't necessary in this case. The two installers were great. It took about 30 minutes to replace the two springs. Highest praise for this company. If I ever need new garage doors, I will use them."
