"We dealt with Wilfredo and his crew long distance the house is in Indy but we live in Florida and had to trust him to do everything just on the basis of our conversations . We were not disappointed in anything that A &A Pronto did for us! He repaired the deck as promised to our complete satisfaction, fixed the fascia on the house and all the other minor carpentry repairs , all within a very short time (two days). The deck looks great and so does the house: Wilfredo sent us pictures of the work in progress and when it was complete. His concern for our happiness and pride in his work was evident throughout the whole job . We are going to use him again in the spring to paint the house exterior because we are confident he will do a good job and give us a reasonable price, as he did with this project."
