They are owned by a decorated USMC veteran who spent time overseas away from his family working hard to protect our freedoms. He employs men who also served our country proudly and who have learned this very important trade. That stood out to me first off. Secondly, we had another contractor do a horrible job on our garage floor prior to Guardian performing their excellent work. Our garage floor now looks like a Marine aviation hangar - everything even - the color we wanted and the texture and finished look is even better than we imagined it would be once finished. "Brian Halbman of Weather Guard visited my townhouse property to check out the source of the water intrusion into my garage. About 4 plumbers came in prior and couldn't figure out the water issue. Brian is a very energetic gentleman, took a look of the property along using some handy tools, and was able to detect the reason within 30 minutes. My HOA didn't follow through with his diagnosis thinking they were saving $ by sending their own handymen who couldn't find the reason either. Brian even predicted how worse it will get if HOA didn't get to the bottom of the issue ASAP, and HE WAS RIGHT, DEAD ON!!! The leak detector company my insurance company sent, without telling him about Brian's findings, used his infrared camera and found the same exact findings that Brian found 3 months prior, now the water is finding its way under my house slab, not just the garage, more damages, more $ that will be spent. So Brian, I am taking the time to thank you for your knowledge and letting you know that you are the best!!!"

"My garage floor was in such bad shape. I live very near the salty water of Tarpon Springs, and it had slowly infiltrated into the cement and was leaching out lime powder (I joke that it looked like lines of coke for the Jolly Green Giant to snort) and H20 -- which was ugly, and led to tracking that stuff into our house. Being an engineer myself, I tried the DIY approach and spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours of labor testing one side of the garage. It was a total fail. I was unable to prevent the hydrostatic intrusion with available products. I knew I had to do either acid etching or diamond grinding. Well, I sure didn't want acid in my garage door equipment. And as for diamond grinders...uh...not for me. So, I called these guys, and I am sure glad i did. Joey, the sales guy was very up-front and honest. Zero up-selling. I did wind up with the top of the line. I opted for the "Dolphin" color combo with the 3 color chips and epoxy and the vapor barrier. And it is so beautiful. When the crew finished (oh btw, 3 dudes who spent 2 - 9 hour days on site BUSTING dey asses!) I literally almost wept under the spell of the transformation. Just gorgeous! Two thumbs up!"
