"I hired this company for several projects including the following: replace floor joists that were damaged by termites and powder post beetles, resurface cement around the exterior foundation, lay new plank flooring, remove old popcorn ceiling texture & prepare ceiling so itâ s ready to paint, cut down ornamental trees and haul away, etc. The quality of the work done was exceptional, pricing was fair, cleaned up well after projects complete. When I first met KC when he came to the house to give me a bid, he was concerned about my safety because the floor joists were so damaged that he came back on his day off to brace up the floor to make sure I would be safe. "Zeke and his crew were phenomenal. They were very very professional. They demolished and removed the tile and hard wood and installed the new flooring in 1400 sq. feet of my house all in six days. It looks fabulous. The corners and cuts Zeke did were perfect and they replaced the baseboards so they looked better than when they took them off. I have never had such a hard working construction crew in my house before. They also cleaned up after themselves and were very careful with my furniture. Zeke also beat out the bids of 4 other places. He was really affordable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who asked."
