"The installation was fantastic, the installers were very good at what they do. We had one problem with the man that’s was over scheduling the work, we had our floors finished except for installing the carpet in the 3 bedrooms. The scheduler put us behind another project because it was a larger project, he actually told me it was a larger job than ours and he put them ahead of ours. I called the head office and actually spoke to a man over the projects and explained we didn’t understand why the scheduler put ours off for another project. Our floors were down to cement, we were ready to have it finished. He was so nice, had them at our home the next day or so and gave us a discount to make up for the scheduler’s actions. We felt that was a very caring man."

Helped us decide on the perfect product (when there's so many options out there!) for our design and family needs, and color matching the wood from our stairs to match the new install. We removed old carpet to replace with engineered hardwood, and Taylor was able to tighten the nails under the floor to help alleviate some of the "creaky" sounds that were previously driving us nuts before laying the new floors. He was efficient, always on time, and very accommodating when trying to schedule. Always over and above, and the end result was just stunning. Extremely pleased. "I had waterproof laminate installed in kitchen, 1/2 bath, and small den and they did a very nice job - the floor looks great.. There were a few mishaps with not enough product ordered, and a plumber needed, but came back when promised and finished the job expertly. Inspection is today to see when a problem with a couple of dented boards can be fixed and to inspect the finished job. Overall, I am quite happy with this business and would use them again - they will be fixing the dented boards (installer mishap, not product)"

"I hired Samimi Tile to fix tile in my master bath. He gave me a quote and came back the next day. Once he began to remove the sand bed under the tile he found extensive water damage to the joists under the floor. He repaired the damage and replaced the sand bed and tile with water repellent properties included. He stood by his initial quote and with the only addition being materials. I intend to hire him again and would highly recommend him. He is courteous and professional."
