"First off Rob is a TRUE Professional! We just had new carpet and tile installed throughout the house from a big box store. They removed and replaced trim where they laid tile but not carpet. This left us with mismatched base moulding. Rob was able to correct. Corners are tight, heights are matching, and everything it clean! Courteous, exacting and top notch! "Dan was an excellent floor refinisher. He showed up everyday on time and was ready to work. His price was very fair and based on square footage. He worked with us on timeline for completion of job. We just closed on house and wanted to refinish floors before moving in. As for the craftsmanship, it was more than I could have imagined. That included handling the refinishing under radiators, in closets, installing a door saddle and even repairing some 2 inch holes that we discovered were in the floor when we pulled up the carpets. I think they were originally put there for cable line. Also, I should mention he handled this entire job, which included two full floors of a Dutch Colonial, by himself in 6 days. When it came time to choosing the stain, Dan prepared a few samples on the sanded floor so we could gage the actual look. The result was spectacular. I would recommend Dan to any one in need of an excellent professional floor refinisher. He is a small family business owner and very conscientious of his work ethic."

"My experience with Exquisite Flooring was A+++ from start to finish. Devon came to give me an estimate. He was very professional and friendly. The combination was just right. The office staff followed up with me regularly to stay on top of scheduling for my job. I really appreciated that since I was renovating and had so many other things going on. Not having to keep track of scheduling my floors was a blessing. The week before the job started there was constant contact to outline the job steps and time frame. I knew exactly what to expect and when. The day of the job, Ryan showed up at the scheduled time. He too, was very professional and friendly. He went over the job with me again. Here is the part I am very grateful for: even though I had picked my floor stain color during the estimate process, when it was time to actually stain, Ryan checked with me again to ensure I actually liked the color I picked. He did this by staining a patch of flooring to allow me to see the color. Turns out I did not like the color I picked! I ended up going with a red pecan stain (beautiful). I was very grateful Ryan took this extra confirmation step. Then I picked my finish. I went with satin (so pretty). Navin was the one dispatched to finish my floors. He was all business!
