Steven refinished our hundred year old reclaimed oak flooring. He and his crew showed up to work exactly as he clearly explained to relocate our upstairs furniture to other rooms and protect our downstairs flooring as they moved their equipment upstairs. Their sanding and preparation was virtually dustless and their quality of and pride in their work was evident in how cleanly they sanded the corners and tight places. The finished floors were better than I thought possible with the old flooring. They completed the job right on schedule and did excellent work for a very competitive price. TG came in and fixed the roof plus tore out the old deck and replaced it...plus an addition to the deck and build a new roof for the deck. "This is an absolutely amazing company! We purchased a home and found out afterward that it had originally belonged to a puppy mill owner who had over 60 dogs here *simultaneously*, then sat vacant for over a month. It was filthy from ceiling to floor, beyond overwhelming to my wife and me. I found Hector here on Home Advisor, he met us at the property. He gave everything a sympathetic look-over, estimated a four-day job with his crew for a deep clean. We accepted gladly BUT when he found out we needed to be in the house within just a couple days, they kicked into high gear and completed the job a day and a half early by working overtime, from sunrise to well into nightfall. They even moved the stove and refrigerator and cleaned under/behind them! I mentioned I needed the doorknob I'd purchased installed on the front door--not only did Hector go out and get a new, better knob, he got one that included a deadbolt; I'd also said I needed to get the lawn mowed for my dogs' safety; when my wife and I came back to the place, the transformation was phenomenal. Lawn mowed, house clean, new door knob, and ready for move-in. Hector and his wife Johnnie are absolutely above and beyond in service. Not only do I recommend them, I will always call them first whenever I need a well-done household job...Like painting, which will be next."
