"JKM did a drywall installation and finish after I had converted the flat ceiling of a dining room into a 13 ft vaulted ceiling. They also patched holes in the existing drywall from where I had to re-run electrical. The entire process went very smoothly. Jesus took the time to seal the work space off from the rest of the house, and his team finished hanging and mudding the drywall within a day. Sanding/finishing was scheduled for the following day, but, after arriving, they realized the mud was not fully dry. Rather than rushing the process, they setup additional ventilation and returned the next day to finish the project properly. They also painted the ceiling, and even returned the next day to apply a second coat of paint and do any final sanding/refinishing corrections. Jesus and his team are very professional and trustworthy. I left them in my home alone for most of the process without concern. Very pleased with the service provided and the price was very reasonable. Will be using on future projects."

"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"

"Dustin did AMAZING work on a tough job. We pulled 30 year old carpet from a rental property in Lakewood, OH and found1/4 inch oak hardwood underneath. Unfortunately, the previous owner had allowed tenants to have pets and the floor was riddled with pet stains and gouges. Not only did Dustin bring the floors back to a wonderful condition, he took it upon himself to find wood that matched the floor and replaced the areas with pet stain as well. The finished product was amazing and it's hard to believe it's the same space. "We had two people out for quotes. One was a big business and the other Mate. The bigger bussines quoted us SIGNIFICANTLY higher than Mate. We ended up going with Mate not only because the cost, but he genuinely seems like an honest, great guy when you meet him. You will understand if you meet him. He worked around our weird vacation schedule and did an amazing job! My wife still comments on how it feels like a new home when we walk into the rooms he refinished."
