Provided an estimate for service - rebuild from roof flashing up, repointing masonry, repairing mortar joints by replacing anything that’s deteriorated with new mortar. replaced the chimney crown and created a drip edge, installed stainless steel chimney pipe, cleaned and inspected the chimney, spot replaced spalling bricks on the chimney, power washed and sealed/waterproofed the chimney. Cleaned up work area thoroughly and provided photographs of chimney repair work before and after. Throughout the process, Chuck kept me informed daily on the progress and any issues he had found. "I would recommend Conde Tech Services to anyone in need of HVAC service, installation, and/or repair. We had an issue with our condenser tripping its fuse when running for more than a few minutes. Another HVAC company hired by our home warranty company claimed the repair would require either replacing a part, which would take weeks to deliver and install, or replacing the condenser itself, which could be accomplished faster, but would be very costly. Matthew from Conde Tech saved us weeks of aggregation or thousands of dollars when, during his inspection, he found the previous tech had misdiagnosed the issue. The fuse, not the condenser, was the problem. "After my metal chimney snapped and fell off the roof, I tried calling a few different companies, being told it was the busy season and that they would try and get me in eventually. I called Shamrock and talked with Chris who was able to schedule a quote for the next day. Joe and Darien arrived and told me they could fix it up right there and then. They installed a new liner, repaired the chimney from the roof up, replaced the cap and cleaned up all within an hour and a half.
