"A1 Top Quality Construction was extremely responsive, was very competitive from a cost standpoint, and did a great job on replacing the roof on our single-level Ranch house. Allen responded to my request to evaluate our leaking roof in under a day. He arrived on-time to look at the roof and provided multiple options on how his team could address the issues. After receiving multiple quotes and speaking with different contractors, we decided to move forward with Allen and A1 Top Quality Construction because of their positive reviews on Angie's List and Home Advisor, the estimated cost to do the job, and because of Allen's responsiveness and honest assessment of what the job would entail. Allen and his crew replaced our entire roof, along with installing all-new plywood, in two days. His crew left the jobsite clean and they were very professional. I would recommend A1 Construction."

"Select Masonry and Construction performed a railing installation onto the top of a newly installed paver-style retainer wall with a walkway on top, leading to a rear entrance to our house. The previous retainer wall was flagged as a safety hazard by our insurance provider and needed to be replaced. The railing was identified as necessary to address the risk of falls from the walkway, which is elevated about 5 ft. above ground level. The professionals from Select Masonry arrived very quickly to assess the work and provided a very reasonable estimate, compared to some of the other companies we had contacted. The contract was drafted very quickly and within 3 days of the contract signing, there were professional railing installers on site. The work was completed within a day and conformed to the description of the custom work we had written into the contract to satisfy our insurance provider underwriter risk concerns. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable and there was no issue with the installation and the sturdiness of the installed free standing railing, which was set into the capstones of the retainer wall, into concrete. We were very impressed with the quality of the railing, the work performed and the price of the installation."

"After heavy rain last weekend , the roof started leaking into the home causing significant water damage to the interior dry wall. I contacted Ideal Roofing and Mike inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me. He left me with several options, but eventually I decided to get the entire roof replaced along with the repair/replacement of the interior water damage. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc. Mike and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition. It was quite a big job and I was impressed everything was completed within 4 days. I would highly recommend Ideal Roofing for quality workmanship at a reasonable price."

"Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. In the end, we could not be happier with the job. It was done quickly, with a transferable warranty, at a great price, and Jimmy was very professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the team at Done Right GC, LLC."

"Highly recommend. Dynamic Home Improvements installed our roof and made repairs for us. The roof had a leak in the past and they replaced the rotten wood. Dynamic fixed the sky light that was installed wrong. They kept in touch through the whole process so we knew what was going on during the work.
