"I had trouble understanding Luis because of his accent and my hearing loss. But his associate, Alex was an excellent communicator and we did end up hiring them to re-point our Flagstone walkway. They did an excellent job cleaning out the old, broken cement and grinding down the existing flagstones so that they could get more cement between them. And they still are arranged aesthetically which was very important to me. They brought everything needed and cleaned up when the job was done. They are friendly people and it was good to be able to text Alex so that I could “hear him“. I would definitely hire them again."

"The house is built in 1920, has unleveled concrete floor under wood floor. We have Franky, the boarder collie, we wanted waterproof floor, easy to clean floor we opted for 24x24 Regency white polished porcelain form floor and decor . Wilson visited the site three times before we decided on the final work. The old concrete had 6â difference in height. They chipped part of the old concrete, added new level concrete and put porcelain tiles. We choose specific porcelain tiles, they drove to NJ and picked it up. They cut the tiles to fit the boarders of the stone walls. They did great job. The price is fair. They were very efficient when they did the demolition but whatâ s impressive is the team was not rushed when started building, true craftsmanship. Right after they left the heating people said the floor looks great and asked who did it? J V Masonsry."

"Luis came to our home to look at the project. As he walk around the area, he was informing us how the job was going to be done and the outlook of the final product. We received his estimate, in writing, unlike some other companies, where they gave us a verbal estimate and no outlined cost of the various labor and supplies required. Our project to remove an above ground pool, wooden retaining wall, and restoring the land as it was before the pool was installed. Great job and always on time."

Jose, the manager/ owner gave us very fair, lower prices than Land and Stone, and the other contractor (just finished your retaining wall survey) He worked with us, was very flexible, and his workers were really hardworking, very nice and did a great job!"

She showed up and gave us a one hour free consultation, helping us choose flooring and tiles for the bathroom - they came out so elegant, I wouldnâ t have picked anything remotely close as beautiful! Shelly really brought on a valuable addition to our bathroom renovation project - her great taste - on top of her teamâ s excellent craft, all the finishing touches and all done within reasonable amount of time! We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!! "+Tim was the only pro who contacted me and made an appointment to inspection the house foundation and driveway adjacent to the foundation where the leaking was occurring. He looked at the pitch of the yard behind the house and from the driveway to the house. After a thorough inspection outside the house, he and his son Jake went into the basement to see where the water leaking was most prevalent. Following these two inspections he made verbal recommendations to correct the problems . He followed this up with written proposal for the work, along with a cost estimate. After receiving this, I sent him a detailed email with questions about the proposal, which he promptly answered, to my satisfaction and I agreed to have him do the work. On the agreed start date, he was on time with his excavator and crew of 2 to start the project. Weather was a factor and I was amazed how quickly they did the foundation repair, built a temporary wooden step with small deck into the back door of the house and laid the underground conduit for the electric power to the garage. There have been several heavy rain falls since this project was completed and the water leak is gone. The driveway project is scheduled for Spring 2020 when the weather will be more conducive to replacing the driveway. I highly recommend Diggs Building Technologies Corp for all phases of foundation repairs and related draining problems."

His estimate came in $3,000.00 lower than the other two estimates I received and he noticed things that the other contractors did not. He ended up rebuilding a stone wall bordering the driveway and I also had him clear out a drain trench that was overgrown and recap it and still came in $1300 less than the other estimates I received."
