"Roy explained 3 types of cleaning services. Since I hadn't cleaned my chimney in 7 years I chose the most expensive cleaning method that cost $400. Just a regular cleaning is $145. I checked another service provider who offered this same basic cleaning for 185.00. Roy came out a few days of my call when the other had a 2-3 week wait due to the holiday season. Roy had no problem waiting 20 minutes for the co-owner of my house to drive over and decide on what service would be chosen. I am very weary of household service providers taking advantage of me, as a single woman, so I was cautious of Roy initially. Well, he befriended my dogs who laid with him to get pets and educated me all about chimney stuff. I figured, if my dogs liked him, he was an okay guy. So I decided to trust him and ended up purchasing the $400 service cleaning. The best part about the service was that Roy was really funny. He had me laughing so hard that no sound was coming out. LOL! It was an educational and fun experience actually, and I am not easy to please. :) So give them a try. Thanks Roy! See you next year!"

"I am very pleased with the work that was done by ARC- with no loud music, talking or smoking. ARC was very respectful of the homeowner which is very important to me. The downspouts were cleaned and gutters covers put on in about 2 hours. Everything was done as stated in the work order and scheduled for a time that was convenient for me."

"I was comfortable with Leonor Navarro and husband the minute they walked in. They were professional, pleasant and answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction They did a fantastic job!! The kitchen floors, appliances and cupboards, etc. were clean and polished very well. Bedroom was totally vacuumed and dusted , as well as our living /dining room and 3-season porch- not a speck of dust anywhere (totally vacuumed under tables and moved small furniture as needed!! Bathroom showers and sinks and toilets looked REALLY good - no residue left at all!! - even behind the toilet.!! I am extremely happy to have found this team and will continue their service every 3 weeks!! They rate 5 STARS in my book!!"
