I was a little skeptical about having someone on my tile roof and had originally contracted with Sparkling Window & Gutter Cleaning to clean my gutters using a ladder from off the roof. He got the gutters cleaned out, adjusted and tightened down spouts, checked them all for leaks, rust and flow direction. He also suggested I wouldn't have a need for cleaning for another five years.
