"I hired JT Home Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my parents' house, which had never been professionally cleaned and really needed it. I asked them to clean out the fridge, under the kitchen sink, and dust/mop virtually every surface in the house. They brought their own equipment and did everything I asked them to do and more. The team was prompt, professional, and very thorough. They even hauled away a few excess items that wouldn't fit in the trashcans. "Our Plumbing and Heating team discovered that our Boiler vents were blocked. Paramount repsonded with priority same day service. They investigated and confirmed the blockage. They also confirmed the chimney terracota liner was disintegrated. Ryan performed the work with his assistant, and Scott was the dispatcher that managed the project from the home office. Both were very easy to work with. We had a new double walled stainless steel liner put in the same day and all the vent pipes cleaned they resused material where they could, and replaced the others. We had the chimney capped as well."

"When I called late on a Sunday night I received a call back and was told the service is 24/7. We set up an appointment for inspection and cleaning of the chimney.
