She worked with me in scheduling an appointment both for the walkthrough and the actual cleaning; and was flexible in accommodating my timeframe. She thoroughly assessed the house via our walk-thru, and was accurate and detailed in what would be included in the cleaning. I was not disappointed in the quality of work performed and how clean she got the whole house. The bathrooms and kitchen were scrubbed, thoroughly cleaned, and spotless. The windows, ledges, and ceilings were all efficiently cleaned. Fixtures were dusted, furniture polished, and drapes lightly brushed/vacuumed down. The house looked and smelled completely refreshed! She and her assistant did not rush thru with a cursory cleaning but diligently cleaned, disinfected, wiped, mopped and vacuumed from top to bottom.
