"I needed more humidity in my house. Did some research, decided to price a whole house steam humidifier. Received a text from Chris that he was available to give me a quote on a Saturday. I received notice he was on his son were on their way. After a short visit I was told he needed to price some material and I will be sent his quote Monday. I accepted the offer. The following Saturday Chris and his son arrived to install a Apriaire steam humidifier. After installation I was given a short tutorial on it's operation. Also was shown the very neat outside wiring placement. All this was done by our word, no contract, no sales person just each others trust. "Discovered poor builder installation of dryer ductwork when attempting to clean out the piping. Requested quotes through Angie. Scott called me that same evening (a Sunday!) and asked if he could come the next day at 10:00am. He showed up the next day right at 10:00am, as promised, to asses the work, free of charge. He then left to grab some supplies and tools and got right to work. Fixed the problem AND cleaned out the ductwork. He worked nonstop, all day. The end result was exceptional. Scott is professional, personable and incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend him and will be using him again."
