Lou was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He thoroughly explained the process and made us aware of things we needed to understand about how the chimney is structured and what should be addressed each time it's cleaned (I can't imagine hiring anyone other than Cedar Point for this type of work, but if we ever have to, we at least know now what questions to ask).
