Removed and replaced all rotted wood of home structure and a fantastic job on placing a lifetime warranty on a brand new roof 1630 sq.ft. of it. All the way to the framing of the home. Then Andres removed built in planters attached to this home, replaced all rotted material and gave this home a brand new face look to the structure. Amazing Work and what a challenge the job was. I have so many before and after pictures of what Andreas work intailed. I highly recommend and give him permission for any new clients to contact me for referral and reference. "I asked for monthly service. A hard-working young lady has cleaned my house twice so far. The first time she stayed an extra half hour on her own because she hadn't finished. The house is large and she is thorough. We talked about a rotation system which she used the second time. She may not have cleaned everything but the house looked like she had.
