I said clients and not customers because Courtney also advises on what will work and what he recommends to give you the same desired effect while saving money. As a disabled veteran, I hired another contractor to perform the job who was charging me more than Courtney. The contractor promised me a time to begin the kb and was late which resulted In firing them and reaching out to Courtney. When I say it was a blessing, I mean it. Courtney and his team were early for an appointment, met us at floor and decor, and helped get exactly what was needed and completed the job while producing top-notch results. "Travis was very knowledgeable, thorough, and neat! He explained the air duct cleaning process and discovered one of my air ducts in my living room floor had never been attached! This was a huge revelation as I have had a/c and heat leaking into my garage for years and years! He also discovered mold spores on two vent registers in my living room and explained what could and should be done to stop the mold! He was prepared to take care of it right then so knowing how serious mold is, I immediately agreed to the treatment Which involved a Botanical Disinfectant solution. He also told me the coils were dirty. I have a regular HVAC servicing contract but that company has never checked nor cleaned the coils! Again he was very thorough and I challenged him with my major lint dryer issue!! I tried to clean it on my own but after 20 years of neglect - I really jammed up the lint in the pipe! He persevered and unblocked the lint. Yes I would definitely hire him again to clean my air ducts and dryer vent! Past air duct cleaners have NEVER ever conducted such a thorough cleaning of each individual vent (qty 20) and 3 return vents! He also was willing to negotiate the price too! "The couple were on time and went straight to work. The house hasn't been properly clean in a long time because mom is 92 and dad is 95. They scrubbed three bathrooms to spotless including a triangle whirlpool tub she hasn't climbed in in years; the glass shower stall was glistening, all the carpets were vacuumed and smelling good. There has been a stale order in the blue bedroom cause the windows are never opened and heat always on - that room is livable again! The most impressive was the oven!
