"Excellent service and best carpet cleaning I have ever had!! After renters moved out of my house, the carpets and all upholstery needed cleaning. Robert did an awesome job getting the carpet nice and clean - even in the heavily walked on areas. He also did an excellent job on my sofa, loveseat, and upholstered kitchen chairs making them fresh and clean again and removed the slight smokey smell they had. This is the second carpet cleaning he has done for me and I would highly recommend his services - wish I could give him 10 stars !!"

"The man who called me was able to help me just by having me text him some pictures of the area that I suspect might have some mold. After looking at the photos he told me the problem could be fixed easily with an over the counter cleaner from Home Depot. Very helpful and honest."

"George is a true professional and really knows his business! He arrived promptly on time, immediately assessed how to best clean the floors for the rental property. Carpet cleaning and pet treatment was of excellent quality with no residue and dried quickly. The real treat was seeing before and after steam cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom tile floors and grout. The end result was 100% better than move in two years ago. Job well done! "Great experience from the initial phone conversation, meeting of the new owner in person (Anibi), to physical service by technician (Aaron). Great communication via text (Katie) and email about appointment and arrival time. Excellent customer service with personal desire to know the customer and meet the needs. My carpeting smells, looks, and feels fresh. The dirt has been removed from traffic path! Aaron even left me a couple of air fresheners for my vehicles. Joining the Captain's Club is a great savings and a way to keep your carpet and tile looking great year round. I will definitely refer Shipman Cleaning to other home owners!"
