Showed up on time with Sean in white van and bright yellow Busybee shirts. Upon arrival assessed that the carpet needed to be lifted, stretched, and cut off excess. I also hired them to clean the carpet for an additional price, hopefully the steam will help remove creases left from folds in carpet.
