"I hired Structural Workshop to confirm that the wall around my kitchen was not load-bearing, since I wanted to take it down for a renovation. This very simple job turned out to be a bit of a nightmare because the manager of my condo building is both incompetent and dishonest, but the team at Structural Workshop was super patient throughout. Akash came out twice to survey my condo and wrote 3(!) letters in the end to satisfy the powers that be. He and the office staff were also very communicative, prompt, and reliable.
