"We had two windows in living room that leaked whenever it rained. West shore Homes made the best presentation of three vendors about the quality of their windows and the workmanship of their installers so we hired them. We had Glen and Guy come to remove the windows and install the new ones. Turned out windows had been incorrectly installed and not properly sealed. This made the job more difficult and required extensive framing to make the new windows fit properly and be weather proof. They also had to be careful not to damage the vegetable garden. Turned out to be an all day job and they were friendly, professional, patient and committed to doing a great job. We were not charged extra for the cedar wood or the extra work time. The company called the next day to be sure we were satisfied. We would recommend West Shore without reservation!"

"Joey Garvin did a project in another townhouse in our small development, just as we were purchasing our rental unit and wanted to do some renovations. His ratings were so high that I asked him to come over and talk about what we wanted to do. He took my vague ideas and came up with a plan that was what we wanted and reasonable. Shortly after we closed, he began working, and within three weeks, had gutted and completed a beautiful, larger master bath; put additional lighting in the living room ceiling, along with two floor outlets; and built a new large pull-out storage drawer. He researched all of the paints and the flooring, and the result was seamless with the original rooms. Joey cleaned up meticulously every day and used tools that minimized dust and debris. He also took care of a few little things for me with no mention of additional payment.
